Frequently Asked Questions

  • Right now, our Coaching Platform/Community is for young women ages 18-25 years old. If you are outside of this age range, but this feels like the perfect fit for you, please contact us to chat more!

  • No, you do not need to be on a college path to join our Coaching/Community Platform! As long as you’re in the 18-24 year old age range, you’re welcome to join us. We even have a coach on our team who didn’t attend College and has built a beautiful, abundant life for herself - so you might love to connect with her!

  • The majority of the young women who went through our Beta Test Program and who are currently in our Coaching/Community Platform were brand new to Coaching! With our Group & 1:1 Coaching you will have a safe space to share about everything you’re going through - your feelings, thoughts, worries, stressors, challenges, and life experiences. You will be asked questions and given guidance, advice, and various tools to support you in overcoming your challenges and taking positive actions towards your dreams, hopes, and desires. Coaching is down-to-earth, welcoming, and nurturing yet still structured and different to just getting advice from a friend or family member!

  • Coaching and therapy share some similarities in that your are seeking advice from a professional outside of your family/friends. However, Coaching is unique in that it is solutions & tools focused. You will always be given an action step (or a few action steps) or take with you and apply after your session. Our Coaches also all have their own life experiences and credentials/certifications that they bring to the table so you’ll be able to explore a variety of holistic modalities ranging from breath work to journaling to guided meditation to tapping (emotional freedom) techniques!

  • Honestly - you can engage as much or as little as you want to! The time young women spend inside of the Platform/Community is going to depend on how involved you want to be. It could look like a couple minutes a day to access the guided meditations and journaling prompts. Or a few hours a week to meet for Group Coaching, 1:1 Coaching, watch content such as Workshops!

  • Our honest, straight forward answer is that YES this will add more into your life - group coaching calls, workshops, interviews, and resources like guided meditations, journaling prompts, & recipes! But it’s not intended to overwhelm you at all - everything we do is designed to support you actually managing things like stress, overwhelm, worry, and self doubt. So you’ll find that it’s adding to your life in the best way possible! And you can easily fit things into your schedule by setting aside one-hour twice / week for a coaching call, watching the interviews while cooking dinner, listening to your guided meditation on a Sunday afternoon, or using our journaling prompts each morning to ground yourself for the day!

  • The best thing you can do is make sure she knows that she can turn to you if she needs or wants to share anything. Being a non-judgmental space for her, listening and truly being present, will help her feel safe and support the areas of her life she’s working on inside of her coaching sessions. Then, checking in with her periodically to see how her time in the Coaching Platform is going is always a great idea!

  • Our Coaching Platform is holistic and quite robust - every aspect has been included very intentionally. Young women will be learning life skills, receiving empowering tools, and working with coaches to provide them with a professional, safe space to work through challenges and receive guidance in a personalized fashion. They will also be able to join in for a monthly workshops and Q&A calls centered around a topics such as supporting their mental health, creating healthy friendships, or improving their body image. Lastly, they will be able to join in for monthly “Money Dates” - where they can hop on a Zoom call and organize their finances for the entire month - working on skills like tracking, budgeting, paying off debt, and automating savings! They will also be a part of a community of positive, encouraging women so they know that they are not along in anything they are navigated and have a safe, empowering space to turn to to build themselves up, from the inside-out!

  • Speaking from personal experience, young women oftentimes get distracted from their college studies because their minds are preoccupied with insecurities, worries, and anxieties. What is going on inside of their love lives, inside of their friendships, and with their mental health can be huge distractors if they are not receiving the support they need! Our goal with BabesRising is to give young women tools they can use on a daily basis as well as a space they can turn to to work through their worries/struggles/problems, so they no longer take away from their school/professional focuses. We are also empowering young women with the confidence and clarity to really go after their dream studies, jobs, and life goals - so they can be putting their energy towards the passions, projects, and studies that truly light them up!

  • Wonderful question! Coaching and therapy share some similarities in that young women are receiving advice from a professional outside of their family/friends. However, Coaching is unique in that it is solutions & tools focused. The young women will be given a space to share about everything that’s going on in their lives and afterwards they will always be given an action step (or a few action steps) or take with them and apply inside their lives. Our Coaches also all have their own life experiences and credentials/certifications that they bring to the table so young women can explore a variety of holistic modalities ranging from breathing exercises to journaling to guided meditation to tapping (emotional freedom) techniques!

Another benefit of using our platform, is that we are mindfully pricing our two different plans so that young women can receive support, without paying the high therapy prices!
